Aventura Café Ltda is a family owned
and operated company. Our farm is located in the volcanic ranges 4
km north of the small village of Naranjo, in an area called “West
Valley” that produces some of the best specialty coffee of Costa
Rica. The 46acre farm is bordered by two rivers and has
approximately 1800 shade trees. Surrounding the rivers and a fresh
water spring are a variety of tropical trees, animals and exotic
birds.
Previously, after the coffee-harvest, we would sell our beans to a mill in Naranjo. Some time back, we decided to roast our own coffee , and sell it directly to coffee lovers around the world. This project was born in 2001. We initially sold to local hotels and souvenir shops in Costa Rica. Until now, our coffee was unknown in the U.S. and Canada. We would like to change that and offer the consumer in North America the opportunity to purchase a real Gourmet Coffee directly from us. High quality coffees are normally sold for $ 9-12/lb. in the U.S./Canada market. We offer YOU to buy directly from our Online-Shop for only $5.75 U.S. per lb. therefore; you can save money and enjoy real Costa Rican Plantation specialty coffee. YOU may choose between medium or dark roast, whole bean or ground coffee. Espresso roast is also available.
